Boxing gloves (by weight in oz)
Glove weight (oz) describes the amount of padding, not your hand size. Choose by body weight and by what you will use the gloves for. Always follow your coach's or gym's rules, especially for sparring.

Headgear (by head circumference)
Measure around your head just above the eyebrows and ears, where the headgear will sit.

Boxing shoes (unisex adult, US 6 to 12.5)
Our boxing shoes are unisex adult sizes, available in US 6 to 12.5 in half sizes (UK 5 to 11.5). Sizes are in men's/unisex sizing. Women usually choose about 1.5 sizes smaller than their usual women's US size. EU sizes and foot lengths are approximate.

To measure, stand on paper, mark your heel and longest toe, and measure the distance in cm. If you are between sizes, message us before ordering.
Hand wraps
