How should boxing shoes feel?
Snug and secure through the middle of the foot, with no heel slipping, but not pinching your toes. You move a lot on your toes, so a loose shoe feels unstable.
How do I measure my foot?
Stand on paper, mark your heel and longest toe, and measure in centimetres. Compare it with the foot length chart in our size guide. EU sizes and foot lengths there are approximate.
